Step 1Send a deletion request
Email us from the address registered on your Dak Pariksha account
with the subject line "Delete My Account", including:
- Your registered email address
- Your employee number (if applicable)
- Whether you want your entire account deleted, or only specific data removed while keeping your account
Step 2Verification & processing
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the
request. Once verified, deletion is completed within
7 business days.
What gets deleted
Permanently removed
- Name, email address, and profile photo
- Employee number, designation, division, and circle
- Test attempt history, scores, and certificates
- Bio and any uploaded study material (if you are a contributor)
Note: Aggregated, anonymised statistics (such as
overall pass rates) that cannot be traced back to you may be
retained for analytics. Records required to comply with applicable
law, such as transaction logs, may be retained for the period
mandated by that law.
